Appointment reminders

Reminders go out on their own before each appointment, so fewer clients forget.

Choose when

In Settings › Notifications, choose how long before the appointment reminders go out. You can add a second reminder.

Email and SMS

Email reminders are included in every plan. SMS reminders are included in Pro and Studio.

For each client

Each client's profile says whether they get reminders by SMS, email or both. A client without an email address or phone number doesn't get that kind of reminder.

Never too late

A reminder is only sent while the appointment is still ahead. Reminders for cancelled appointments are dropped.

Marketing is separate

Rebooking nudges, review requests and campaigns only reach clients who agreed to receive marketing.
