Terms of Service

1. The service

GESTYN is a web-based salon management platform offering an agenda, client records, services and products, online booking, billing and reporting.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be authorised to act for your salon. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your staff's use of the service.

3. Subscriptions, trial and billing

• GESTYN is offered as a monthly subscription in Swiss francs (CHF). Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page.
• New salons start with a free trial; at the end of the trial your first monthly invoice is issued unless you cancel beforehand.
• Invoices are payable by Swiss QR-bill or credit card. There are no setup fees and no commission on your bookings.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; on cancellation you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, infringe the rights of others, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Your data and your clients' data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You are the controller of your clients' personal data and are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it and for informing your clients as required. GESTYN processes this data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

GESTYN and its software, design and content are owned by [Company legal name] and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.

7. Availability and "as is"

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GESTYN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profit. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

10. Changes to the service or Terms

We may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is [canton/city], Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules.
