Online payments (deposits, gift cards, shop orders) are paid into your own Stripe account. Stripe's card and TWINT fees apply; GESTYN adds no commission.
Frequently asked questions
How much does GESTYN cost?
Three monthly plans — Starter, Pro and Studio — billed monthly in Swiss francs, with no setup fee. Prices are published when GESTYN opens to new salons.
Is VAT added on top?
No. The price you see is the price you pay.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 30 days with full access, and no credit card required to start. You only pay if you decide to stay.
What happens when the trial ends?
On day 30 you receive your first monthly invoice. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged.
How do I pay?
By Swiss QR-bill or by card, whichever you prefer. You receive a PDF invoice every month.
Are there setup fees, commissions or hidden costs?
No. No setup fee and no commission on your bookings or online payments — you only pay your plan's monthly price. For online payments, Stripe charges its usual card or TWINT fee.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from your settings. To move to a smaller plan, keep your active team within that plan's limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there is no long-term commitment. When you cancel you keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for.
Which plan is right for me?
Starter suits an independent professional working alone, Pro fits a salon with a team of up to 10, and Studio is for larger teams that want advanced statistics. SMS work the same in every plan.
Do I get a discount for recommending GESTYN?
Yes. When a salon you invited becomes a paying customer, you get a free month — up to twelve a year.
