Frequently asked questions
Do my clients need an account to book?
No. They enter their name, phone and email on the last step, and that's it. Returning clients can see their appointments in the client portal.
Can I decide which services are bookable online?
Yes. Choose per service whether it can be booked online — for example only cuts online, colour consultations by phone.
How do deposits work?
You set a percentage of the price. The client pays it by card or TWINT when booking; at checkout it is deducted from the total. If they cancel in time it is refunded automatically, and a late cancellation or a no-show keeps it. Deposits go through your own Stripe account.
Does online booking cost extra?
