Set up your salon

Four steps get your salon ready for its first booking. You can change any of it later.

Enter your opening hours

Go to Settings › Opening hours and enter the hours for each day of the week. Add the days you are closed, such as holidays. GESTYN can also block your canton's public holidays for you if you switch that on.

One day needs different hours? Drag the start or the end of that day in the calendar.

Add your services

In Catalog › Services, add each service with its name, duration and price. Put similar services in a group, such as Cuts or Colour: they take the group's colour in the calendar.

A service can also have preparation or cleaning time before or after it; the calendar keeps that time free.

Add your team

In Team, add each person and set their working hours and the services they offer. If you work alone, you are already the first person in your team. Add your team explains the details.

Open your booking page

Switch on online booking in Settings › Online booking and share your link with your clients. Take bookings online shows the options.
