Export your data or close your account
Your data belongs to your salon. You can take it with you at any time.
Export your data
- Clients: Export CSV on the Clients page.
- Sales, VAT and bookkeeping: Reports › Downloads (CSV / PDF).
- A complete copy of your salon's data: write to support@gestyn.ch from the owner's email address, and we will prepare it for you.
Delete your account
- Open My profile and choose Delete my account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
What happens next
- A team member's login and personal details are erased at once. If they still have appointments ahead, move those to someone else first.
- When the owner deletes their account, the salon closes: its subscription is cancelled and it becomes read only. 30 days later, its personal data is erased. Until then, you can keep the salon.
- Invoices and payment records are kept, without personal data, as Swiss law requires.
