Email and SMS campaigns

Campaigns let you write to all your clients, to those with a tag, or to those who bought a product. Campaigns are for owners.

Switch on marketing

Marketing is off until you switch it on in Marketing › Settings. Then write your message in Marketing › Campaigns.

Who receives it

Only clients who agreed to receive marketing, and who have an email address or phone number for the channel you choose. Every message includes a link to unsubscribe.

How many messages

• Starter: 500 emails a month.
• Pro: 2,000 emails and 200 SMS a month.
• Studio: 5,000 emails and 500 SMS a month.
• SMS campaigns also need SMS to be switched on for your salon.

Promo codes

Create percentage discount codes in Marketing › Promo codes, then enter the client's code at checkout.
